Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Scheme 2025 - New Update By CM Punjab

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched the Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Scheme 2025 to support Punjab’s underprivileged families. Under this initiative, free 3-marla (675 sq. ft.) plots are being given to those who don’t own land or a house. With interest-free home construction loans also offered, the scheme is a big step toward helping people build a secure future.

What’s Included?

Free Plot: A 3-marla plot at no cost.
Interest-Free Home Loan: Up to PKR 1.5 million, payable in monthly installments of PKR 14,000 over 7 years.
Focus Groups: Widows, orphans, disabled individuals, and laborers are prioritized.
Job Creation: Boosts the local economy through construction and labor demand.

Who Can Apply?

You’re eligible if you:

Live in Punjab and hold a valid CNIC.
Earn less than PKR 50,000/month (combined household income).
Do not own any land or house.
Are enrolled with NSER and maintain a PMT score of 60 or less.
Are 18 or older (married individuals are given preference).
Have no criminal background or loan default.

How to Apply:

Go to acag.punjab.gov.pk and fill out the form with your CNIC and necessary documents.
Offline: Visit your District Deputy Commissioner Office and apply at the scheme’s help desk.

Construction Loan Process:

Confirm plot ownership.
Submit documents at the portal or DC office.
After verification, loan will be issued in stages.
Repay in 7 years (3-month grace period included).

Important Updates (May 2025):

Now includes middle-income families.
Over 1,800 plots already allotted.
3,000 houses under construction per district.
NSER and PSER registration is mandatory.
Transparent draw system managed by an official committee.
