CM Punjab Free e-Bike Scheme for Students, Eligibility & Complete Process

The Government of Punjab launched a new scheme for students. In this scheme, they are providing a total 20,000 bikes for students to make easy travel for their long distances houses, villages & Hostel to school, college, or university.

What’s in the Scheme?

  • Total Bikes
    • 20,000 bikes are available.
  • Petrol Bikes
    • 19,000 bikes run on petrol.
  • Electric Bikes
    • 1,000 bikes are electric.
  • Monthly Payment
    • Only Rs. 1,000 per month.
  • Government Help
    • The government pays part of the cost to make the bike cheaper.

How to Apply for the Bike Scheme

Here’s how you can apply for the Punjab Bike Scheme 2025:

  1. Go to the Website
    • Open bikes.punjab.gov.pk on your phone or computer.
  2. Sign Up or Log In
    • Make a new account if you don’t have one, or log in if you do.
  3. Fill the Form
    • Add your name, school/college details, and other information.
  4. Upload Documents
    • Attach your student ID, learner’s permit, or bike license.
  5. Submit
    • Send your form before the last date.

Last Date to Apply

You must apply by 29th April 2025. Don’t wait until the last day!

Who Can Apply?

To get a bike, you need to:

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Join as a student in a school, college, or university.
  • Possess a learner’s permit or a motorcycle license.
    • The scheme gives preference to:
  • Girls.
  • Students from rural areas.

Payment Details

The payment plan is simple:

  • Monthly Payment
    • Rs. 1,000 only.
  • First Payment
    • Very small because the government helps with the cost.
  • Loan Time
    • The Bank of Punjab (BOP) will decide how long you need to pay.
