HBL Clusters for BISP Payments 2025
The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) is a special financial support initiative to help low-income families. In 2025, the government partnered with Habib Bank Limited to make the payment process smoother through a system called HBL Clusters.
Who Is Eligible?
To receive payments from BISP, you must:
- Be a registered BISP beneficiary
- Have a valid CNIC
- Be verified through NADRA
- Receive a confirmation SMS from 8171
How to Receive Your Payment Through HBL Clusters
Follow these steps to get your payment:
- Wait for SMS from 8171 confirming your payment.
- Visit your nearest HBL Cluster center.
- Bring your original CNIC.
- Staff will verify your identity.
- Collect your cash payment or receive a bank transfer (in some cases).
