The Punjab Government has rolled out the Punjab Rashan Card Program 2025, a targeted relief initiative designed to reduce the burden of rising living costs for low-income families. This program offers financial assistance of Rs. 3,000 per month to help eligible households purchase daily-use grocery items.

Key Features of the Program

• Monthly Assistance: Each qualifying family will receive Rs. 3,000 per month to cover essential grocery needs.
• Discounted Essentials: Get up to 20% off on items such as wheat flour, sugar, rice, ghee, and cooking oil at registered utility stores and local kiryana shops.
• Target Group: The program will benefit over 1.2 million families, including domestic workers, daily wage earners, and other financially vulnerable groups.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible:

• Applicants must be residents of Punjab.
• A valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
• Belong to a low-income household.
• Not employed in any government job.

How To Apply?

1. Online Registration

• Go to the official portal: ehsaas.punjab.gov.pk
• Enter your CNIC number and registered mobile number.
• Fill in the required details accurately and submit.
• You’ll receive an SMS confirming your status or next steps.

2. SMS Registration

• Send your 13-digit CNIC number to 8123 using a mobile SIM registered in your name.
• You’ll get a reply with your eligibility result or further instructions.

3. Offline Registration

• Visit your closest Ehsaas center or a selected Punjab Government office.
• Carry your CNIC, income proof, and residential proof.
• Complete and submit the physical application form.
